Please note: MISS.MUSE aims to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. The policy below outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
Order Processing & Cancellation
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified after processing has started.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Once your return request has been approved, you will have 7 days to ship your item back.
Your return must be scanned at the post office within this timeframe.
A handling fee will be applied to all returns. This covers the cost of processing your return and shipping your exchange or new order.
Exchanges
We offer fast and easy exchanges so you can quickly receive the correct size or item.
Exchanges are processed as soon as your return is on its way or has been received, depending on availability.
Store Credit
If you prefer, you can return your item for store credit instead of an exchange.
Store credit:
- Is valid for 6 months from the date of issue
- Can be used on any product in our store
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Accessories
- Bodysuits
Items reported outside the return timeframe are also not eligible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assess the issue, we may request photo or video evidence.
After review, we will provide a suitable resolution.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once your return has been received and inspected.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Original shipping and processing costs are non-refundable
- Handling fees are non-refundable
