What makes the Zara different

We offer fast and easy exchanges, so you can quickly receive the correct size or item without unnecessary delays.

You have 30 days to request a return from the date of delivery.

If you choose to exchange your item or receive store credit, the following applies:

• Once your return request is approved, you will have 7 days to ship your item back to us.
• Your return must be scanned at the post office within this timeframe.
• Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible once your return is on its way or received, depending on availability.

A handling fee will be applied to all returns. This covers the cost of processing your return and shipping your exchange or new order.

For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange: Accessories and Bodysuits.

If you prefer, you can return your item for store credit instead. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
